BEFORE YOU PROCEED

1. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission if it's something they can't do.2. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.3. The client must read, understand and agree with all terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.

1. All prices are in USD. For MYR, please message me further for details.2. Preferred method of payment for international clients is PayPal and Stripe.3. Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at the discretion of the artist. If the commission is needed by a specific deadline, the artist may apply a fee for it.4. An invoice will be sent after the consultation is complete and prices are set. Please pay the agreed deposit within 7 working days to avoid cancellation.5. The artist will only begin working on the order after the full payment or half payment is received, depending on what was agreed during the consultation. The remaining amount is expected after the final artwork is completed and will be delivered to the client after the payment is received.6. Modification or Revisions will be considered twice during the rough draft. Any changes afterwards will have extra revisions charges.7. If the client wishes to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions.8. If the client wishes to cancel the commission before any work begins, a full refund will be provided. However, once the artwork is in progress, a percentage of the refund will be provided at the artist's discretion.9. If the artwork is completed and the client wishes for a refund. No refund will be provided.

TERMS OF SERVICES

1. The commissioned piece may not be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced. The client may not make any profit off the piece.2. I retain the rights of the artworks for promotion and portfolio purposes. However, the rights of illustrated characters will remain with their rightful owners.3. Do not remove any watermarks, for it is a violation of these terms.4. The client may not edit or alter the artwork unless agreed upon by the artist. Cropping is allowed for personal use.5. All commissioned artworks are by default for Personal Uses Only. When used, credits are encouraged and very appreciated, but not necessarily needed.6. Commercial Use artworks and orders will be subjected to additional charges for Commercial Use License.7. All commission artworks will be posted on my main social media accounts. Please inform me beforehand if you would prefer it not to be posted on my accounts.

TIME AND PROGRESS DETAILS

I have a very unpredictable schedule as of now (April 2022). Though, I'm willing to share and be clear about what's keeping me away from the computer. With that said, please be understanding and patient with me.

1. Rough estimated time can be up to a month minimum and may be more than that depending on the difficulty and details of the artworks. Please keep in mind about this.2. Update and progress checks will be sent to you before moving on to the next phase. Payment > Rough Draft > Revision > Draft > Lineart > Color/ Final > Deliverables.3. Any changes are allowed during the rough draft and draft stage and will only be limited 2 revisions. Any major changes afterwards will be charged. Please be clear with what you want.
